I think the first 3 seasons are solid and very well written. I found the 4th season weak in plot and to be harsh, a little boring. It tries to pick up the pieces from the previous 3 seasons and follow on, but thats all it is really. No great twists or events. The new stories are slow and predictable which is disappointing. I was looking forward to this season as i love the first 3 seasons, and i would buy this 4th season only to follow up the final episode of the 3rd season which left me hanging on... but i probably will not watch theses episodes in a hurry again. Hope season 5 is more energetic.

The best program on TV, and now i can watch Denis Leary anytime i want to, having bought all 4 season's programs. i LOVE that show.

Well I was very pleased with the fourth season and would recommend it to anybody who likes the series and loves all the boys in the firehouse.They are all so good and it just keeps getting better.Looking forward to season five on dvd.

Once again the creative minds behind Rescue ME have done it again. Though Season 4 was perhaps no the best of the seasons it still carried on the trdiaitons of Rescue Me. A must have for any fan. With Season 5 in production and hopefully more to follow. Lets see what the men of 62 Truck come up against next.

I'm very satisfied with this season just like the other three seasons. It is the very best show on the air so glad FX has the foresight to keep us well entertained !!
