This costume fits my little one (who is petite and wears a size 18-24 months) just right. I find it incredulous that they have it listed as fitting up to 4T; I would think that a child much bigger than mine would find the costume tight and uncomfortable. The hat is too small for my kid's head, so we may need to forgo that and do a ribbon-decorated hair scrunchy instead. Some of the stitching on the dress is mediocre at best, and will need to be addressed before "the big night". Thankfully I only need the costume to last me one night! Otherwise the costume is really cute and colorful. I bought/kept it because I had $20 in Amazon coupons to use and shipping was free, so it was worth it to me to keep the costume despite my concerns about its craftsmanship. Also, I'd like to clarify that my rating is for the costume and not the vendor; the vendor sent the item quite quickly and well packed.

I bought this for my 3 year old daughter for Halloween. It was perfect. I was worried that it would be too big for her since she is barely a 2T, but it was fine. Fit great. It was although a little itchy but nothing that the panty hose couldnt fix. She loves it and now wears it around the house for fun!
