Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The Great Debate
When I saw Spike die in the last episode I knew it was the best ending ever, but I guiltily wanted more adventures. More Ed. More Ein. More of the old Faye. Those were good times. Here's your chance to get some of that, in nothing short of a spectacular two-hour roller-coaster ride.

It would seem that if you are a Bebop fan you either love or hate this movie, and both make good points for their opinions. On one side people say it goes against everything the series stood for, and the others say it is the very embodyment of Bebop's style. I would obviously agree with the latter, but I understand where the rest are coming from.

First, you should know going in it will be a little different. It's not going to have Tank! at the begining, it doesn't involve Vicious or cyndicates, and it's a pretty heavy storyline for something that doesn't take place in the series. It's also a little uncharacteristic as to magnitude of the story instead of the short, in the shadows kind of adventures they normally have. That being said...

It's still the Bebop we've all come to know and love. There's lovable Ed, Ein, the same Spike, Faye, and Jet that are developed in the series. The character developement for the secondaries is in a very Bebop fashion, and the feel of the universe they live in is the same. Needless to say, the music is fantastic, though it's a little more intense. Awesome, all the same.

Watch it with the intention to enjoy it.

Cheers.
Joe

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Definite Front-Liner!
The movie is located at some point in between the series, after the entrance of Ed to the team. This time, the bounty's on Vincent, a terrorist who has decided to spread a disease in the galaxy.

There aren't many words to describe the degree of achievement Cowboy Bebop has. An astounding soundtrack, highly developed characters, and exquisite art. Despair and misery definitely make good stories to tell. If you're an anime lover, do not forget to check this one out. It will be among your favorites.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The Holy Grail of Anime!
Does your life lack a spice? Days dull and boring? WATCH THIS FILM. It may not change your life, but you'll surely love it... :) Techinally, this film is rated R, but a more approriate rating would be 14A. It doesn't have much coarse language, but the violence is intense and the plot is for older viewers (if you don't know what a bio weapon is, kids, don't watch it. You wouldn't get it.)

The soundtrack is glorious, the characters are real and believable, the villain is a slightly sadistic man with a tortured past... A delight to all senses. Except smell. Or touch. Or taste. But...

Ah, stop reading this and go watch it!

Actually, you probably shouldn't watch this is you're squeamish- Spike and the gang are masters at letting the blood flow.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Spike, Faye, Chet, and Ed fight off a new threat
This movie is like..wow!! All the animation, action, music, everything about this movie is really cool. A new ally appears in this movie, Electra. Though, a bit of a connection comes between her and Spike. This movie was made..actually between the Cowboy Bebop series (a little after or between episode 20). This movie makes an introduction of a new foe who goes by the name Vincent Volaju. He was a veteran who took part of an experiment that spiraled out of control and was acclaimed to be dead, but still alive (though strangely dead at the same time). Spike fights off Vincent to stop a plot to end all life on Mars, when Vincent will be the only one standing because he has some weird way of resisting a deadly virus that will spread.

This movie is rated R for violence, sensual moments, and profanity.
