We took this book and gave copies to department managers around our company and many have implemented the business planning techniques contained in this book with great success. Hazelgren's writing style is clear and concise.

Hazelgren and Covello took the mystery out of writing a winning business plan. They made it easy for me to identify the necessary components and create a business plan to show to investors and potential partners. This book was easy to read and very well written. I recommend this book to every entrepreneur and anyone who is thinking about starting their own business. I also recommend it to anyone who is managing a department, division or area of a large organization. The ideas and information in this book will help better plan and manage any organizational unit.
