Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Rainbow in My Room
This isn't actually a toy, but rather a decoration, so I can't give it a detailed rating. I can tell you that it is small enough to fit comfortably on a nightstand, and it does project a detailed rainbow across a standard size bedroom. I have only 2 two small complaints. It requires almost complete darkness for the effect, and it doesn't have an on/off button.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - rainbow projection
Its pretty cool, projects a rainbow onto a wall. Works best with the lights off.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Brilliant!
I'm not a child anymore but this is really enjoyable. It's not really a toy it's a lamp that beams different colored lights in the form of a rainbow.

It works best in a dark room and shuts itself off after ten minutes in case you forget to!

I have a painting that I did on the wall by my bed and I looked at thinking it was lacking until I was ready to sleep and saw that the rainbow spread it's spectrum across the wall and the painting. wow, what an amazing thing!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great fun for my 2-year old
Got this as a Christmas present for my little one. She caught onto how the motion sensor turns it on and off immediately and it definitely helped her learn about shadows and rainbows. Especially for the price, this is an excellent product. Its never been dropped but I think it's very fragile. It's also much smaller than you think. It's slightly larger than an adult hand and easily light enough to be held by an adult.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Dissapointed
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas... less than one month, and at least 3 battery changes later, the rainbow is not much more than a faint streak of light in her room. When I initially bought it, the colors were vibrant, and we were very happy with the light that it produced. Now, my daughter is back to wanting other sources of light in her room as this rainbow is hardly visible, even with new batteries. Certainly not worth the money.
