Product Description: All the wonders of the rainforest are captured for your little one in this adorable bouncer. A parent- and baby-favorite, this bouncer is full of fun, intriguing things to do for your child. Watch the tree frog and monkey play peek-a-boo in the leaves by the "waterfall," and see the toucan move back and forth overhead.
Baby will love batting at the hanging toys to activate the light-up waterfall and peek-a-boo action, which is accompanied by rainforest songs and sounds. Or, parents can activate the sound effects for continuous play. After a day full of rainforest adventure, turn on the calming vibrations and your infant will be ready to relax! Requires 4 "D" alkaline batteries.

When my son was a newborn, the vibration feature was great. He'd sleep in it while I worked at my desk. Now that he's almost 5 months old he plays with the toys and watches the lights on the waterfall. He starts to wiggle and kick his feet as soon as I go to strap him in! When he's done playing, the vibration lulls him to sleep. He can be occupied/napping for over an hour. He loves the feature where the lights and music are activated when he bounces. He's learning cause and effect as he wiggles to ... Read More

We bought this a bit late...when she was about 3 or 4 months old (almost 7 months now). She would be happy in it for about 15 minutes, sometimes 30. But that's all we needed. She enjoyed it quite a bit (still does on occasion). I've never had to change the batteries, though we don't use it a whole lot, so not sure if that is typical. She did get bored with it quickly after a while. It became a 5 minute distraction. At one point, her foot got caught in the parrot's "ring/swing". That was a bit scary! ... Read More

This was great for my son. He loved the lights and vibration. As he got older he liked to kick at the monkey and bird. The clicking that some people talked about, never happened to us. It wasn't totally without noise, but my son loved being laid in this. He would fall asleep and I loved the three settings option. I could even lay him in it, on vibrate only, and he would fall asleep. The arch comes right off! Now he is 5 mths and a bit heavy and long. He can't get in it as well. It lays almost to the ... Well my baby was born at 9lbs. so she was large from the start. 1st few months was okay for her as she was still small enough to enjoy it.
Yet when she got to be about 13lbs and more the fabric strap in the back was digging into her back while laying.
I could tell it was hurting her she would cry and writhe trying to relieve herself of the pain of this strap digging into her back
I think it's only for little babies that don't weigh that much.
