at first, I was afraid to take Almased as a supplement. I decided to go with the Almased Bikini plan Diet. it work I lost like 10 pounds in one week. but I was following the diet and exercising. the first and second day, I experienced a strong headache. then I felt great.
I'm going to do the diet again and for two weeks. the only thing that I don't like is that Almased's website needs more information, and lots of works.

The fist 2 days were very difficult, because that was the 1st time I was doing shake. But on the 3rd I was feeling great, full of energy and I do not even feel the urge to eat like before.
And I lost 6 pounds after the 2nd day.

I have tried the almased and at first it was hard to get used to the taste. But it taste like soy milk and it really isn't bad now that i am used to it. I have it everyday for breakfast and i do the fast once every two months. i am feeling better and i have lost weight. once you get past the first few days it gets really much easier.
