Gail Bowen's fictional gumshoe Joanne Kilborne is back on the case again in this entertaining mystery. While not as engrossing as some of the other entries, the film has some good moments and a riveting if somewhat predictable mystery. Wendy Crewson is very good as Kilborne, combining the elements of a true crime fighter with the concerned single parent.
