Editorial Review:
Amazon.com: Mirthful music inspires these two episodes from the Nick Jr. series Dora the Explorer, blending interactive songs and musical instruments with problem-solving games. Confident, bright, and bilingual Dora invites preschoolers to join the fun while decoding a few puzzles along the way. In one story, Dora needs to find some musical instruments so her hometown band can have a parade; in another, Pablo's magical flute gets lost in a storm and must be retrieved. In both cases, Dora and Boots come to the rescue in their usual sunny style, providing interactive pauses to engage viewers in computer-simulated riddles. Adding to the fun, Dora introduces simple Spanish words and encourages audience repetition. Predictability is key to the show's success: viewers will happily anticipate the familiar routines of Map and Backpack as well as the pesky antics of Swiper the Fox. On par with other Dora programs, there is plenty of toe-tapping fun for ages 2 to 5. --Lynn Gibson

I know I can always count on Amazon to find what I want. With a little bit of navigating I am on & off the computer in a very short time. Everything is exactly as they present it. Thank you

This is not one of the better Dora videos. The first episode is lively and fun, and my 15 month old daughter really enjoys it. However, the second episode is a lot less colorful and depicts stark scenes of a storm. My daughter has not watched this whole video, opting just to watch the first half and then fussing to have the second turned off.

I know that I am a little extreme on this one but I have to tell what I think. (Meet my cousin, the witch, you might understand.)
We love Dora at our house and my son is also speaking Spanish becuase of Dora.
I have one complaint about the Dora series. Some episodes contains LOTS of magic references. I bought this tape to enjoy music and dancing. Both episodes contain magical items. The magic music box and a magic flute.
Like I said, I know that I am a bit extreme ... Read More

We bought this video for our then 17 month old daughter who loves Dora, (even though she is scared of Swiper and the Map-Go figure). Anyway, from the minute this video starts, the song they sing is so catchy that we have to play this one over and over to satisfy our young Dora fan. This video has gotten us through some rough days. I highly recommend this one!

This is by far THE BEST video we own! My 4 kids of various ages love to watch it over and over. The story and songs are adorable! It's a must have for any Dora fan!
