Amazon.com Product Description: Based on the original Gundam TV series, Gundam: Zeonic Front allows the player to experience the One Year War from the perspective of the Principality of Zeon. It's the year 0079, and the Zeons must fight to regain control of Earth as the Earth Federation, with its superior resources, begins taking Zeon-controlled territory one battle at a time. The player becomes the commander of a famed mobile suit company, and leads his troops in a fight for the Principality of Zeon's independence from the Earth Federation. The player commands up to three platoons in every mission, and devises his own strategy for accomplishing each objective. The abundant variety of missions, engaging story lines, and realistic battlefields make this real-time strategy game highly replayable.

This game is very similar to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six and kind of plays like it. You take a squad of mobile suits and battle other ms's in the enemy side. You also change the weapons, armor, and even upgrade the mobile suit of your characters which is nice. For example, later in the game, you can upgrade a Zaku II into a Gouf, and so forth...
Remember most of the games in the Gundam series? Remember when you are always the Federation? This time around, you are in total control of ... Read More

this was a very hard game to beat in the end. And to tell you the truth i still don't know if i beat it but all in all it was the best gundam game ever. Much more challenging than the other Gundam games.

This is by far one of my favourite Gundam games out there, there is something for everyone. Personally I can't decide what my fave bit is, I love the range of mobile suits and weapons, as well as the fact that you play solely as the Zeon's. This game is unique to any other I've played since it is heavily strategy based and requires a lot of practice to build up skill.
As you go on, the missions get progressively harder, and with loads of different mission styles, you won't get bored for ... Read More

This game is based on the ill fated Zion Dukedom's side of the story. Its a great game beacuse you get to pilot Zaku's Goufs and Doms. You have control of a Mobile Suit Team consisting of a Comanders unit and two others. In some levels you are alloted either a 2nd or 3rd team in your group. It starts off somewhat hard due to the capabilities of your suits or the lack there of. Mission 6 is as everyone is saying a tough mission. A smoke grenade and some fancy footwork will get you through no problem. ... Read More
