Another great book with our favorite characters, the Backyardigans! Unfortunately, all the flaps have been torn off, and that wouldn't matter so much except that there was text on some of them, and now we can't read it.

"Tasha's Tea Party" is a board-book version of the "Backyardigans" episode "High Tea." In this story, the Backyardigans are on a quest to make the perfect cup of tea. They'll need the perfect tea leaves, a teapot and the perfect hot water.
I've never though that "Backyardigans" stories work as well in books as they do on TV. The show relies heavily on music and strong visuals, plus great humor, little of which comes across well in the books. The books are decent summarizations of what's ... Read More
