Bruce H. Lipton's book The Biology of Belief was written for the lay person. He took a complicated subject matter, added wit and a unique writing style to make this book an easy read.
A cellular biologist, the author had an epiphany. He changed his belief in genetic predisposition to an understanding that it is our beliefs that control our bodies, minds and life. The Biology of Belief reinforced my belief that drugs do nothing but cause problems for the body. Bruce Lipton shows exactly what drugs do to the body which for myself was a vindication of what I believed for the last 20 years. It also gives great hope for the power of belief in providing a means to listen to the body and act on what you feel when the body speaks.
