Product Description:
INTRODUCING “A FEISTY NEW HEROINE” (JACQUELINE WINSPEAR) who’s thirty-fourth in line for the throne—and flat broke.

From the Agatha Award-winning author of the Molly Murphy and Constable Evan Evans mysteries!

Lady Victoria Georgiana Charlotte Eugenie, 34th in line for the throne, is flat broke. She’s bolted Scotland, her greedy brother, and her fish-faced betrothed for London. The place where she’ll experience freedom, learn life lessons aplenty, do a bit of spying for HRH—oh, and find a dead Frenchman in her tub. Now her new job is to clear her long family name.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Not In The Ballpark of Mystery, Adventure and/or Humor
The book was suggested based on my Amazon previous purchases so I read the many great reviews and decided to purchase at my local bookstore. Normally, after a couple chapters of "boring" I would have set it aside but the glowing reviews pushed me to read more. I read the entire book waiting for the reviews to come true. I got nothing but a wasted 3 1/2 hours and a book I can't pass onto friends.

Pass on this book.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - A entertaining peek at royalty...
I always enjoy a well written British cozy and this one was a treat. I enjoyed the peek into the well heeled yet not wealthy British aristocracy and their determination to live up to expectations on a frugal budget. The story centers around Lady Georgina who gets her allowance cut off from her brother and she is ill prepared on how to earn funds to support herself. After some failed attempts at gainful employment, she comes up with the idea to start her own "light cleaning" business. She opens and ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - her royal spyness
I decided to try "Her Royal Spyness" because I am such a fan of Rhy Bowen's Molly Murphy mysteries. This series is different but just as good. Compared to the Molly Murphy series, this new series has much more humor & a little less mystery. However, I still found myself hooked, & I love Georgiana, the main character & a minor royal.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - It was ok
The book was a bit too cavalier in my opinion. I read it at the same time I read Silent as the Grave and so preferred the character development of Lady Julia Gray to the one in Her Royal Spyness. She just seemed a bit sleazy to me

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Very light, but fun
HER ROYAL SPYNESS (Cozy-Lady Victoria-England-1930s) - G
