There's only one thing i can say and that is that this is a wonderful book. I had read a few bad reviews about the book and when i saw it at the bookstore i was not going to buy it. However, i thought i would give the book a go and as i was reading it, i was wondering, 'how could anyone say that this is a bad book'. Why? This book is just fantastic and is now one of my favourtie Lisa Kleypas novels.

Lisa Kleypas has become one of my favorite authors: she writes sexy stories in the Regency times. But this book is very boring and very predictable. The girl is very insipid, little attractive and I really didn't feel that she had anything in herself that could attract such a wonderful hero. I loved this book. The heroine was spunky and the hero was a tortured soul, which is a great combo in my opinion. The ending was very touching. Lisa Kleypas just writes the kind of characters that I enjoy reading. I read this book in one day which is always my measuring stick for a good book.

I love Lisa Kleypas' novels and wait with anticipation for each new one. This one wasn't really my favorite. I liked the character of Logan in Somewhere I'll Find You (he's also great in the short story 'I Will' that deals with his brother. That story is in the Wist List collection and is absolutely fantastic.) but in Because You're Mine he just came off as a jerk.
