Once I knew something like this existed, I had to have it. Bought it before the price drop and still felt it was an excellent buy. You can spin it, but it slows quickly and wobbles a bit when you do. Looks great on my desk, and starts many conversations. It's just like it looks, no tricks... it floats about 3/4 to 1 inch above the base.
