It's cool to see the Beatles doing what they could do in the face jet-engine screams, bad PA systems and no vocal monitors. It's amazing that they could put together any kind of passable performance. For that, and the fact that full live Beatles performances are hard to come by, this DVD a worthwhile investment.
Having said that, though, don't expect to see clean, restored footage like in the Beatles Anthology videos. Most of this looks and sounds like it was found in an attic after ... Read More

Apart from the Budokan gig, where they were obviously bored and sick of touring, the gigs here, especially Shea Stadium and Washington are brilliant.
The DVD quality though is awful, and has been through so many generations of copying that its like viewing it through a sack.
Its a shame that high-quality Beatles products seem to be surprisingly hard to get hold of.
