Gives very good physical exercise and it is very entertaining. Games themselves are quite good, none of us minded the poor quality graphics.
The mat is divided into two sections (for two players) and each section has three circular spots (buttons). You do everything by stepping on these three spots. For example, in long jump game, you run by repeatedly stepping over the two little spots and jump by stepping on the larger spot.

This is a wonderful game for children and adults alike. I purchased this game for my children thinking it would be something to keep them active during the winter and allow them to have some fun... well it does.
