Product Description: Exciting Flying Races for Two: Each morning, Odin, the father of the Gods, sends his two ravens: Hugin and Mugin out into the world to watch over the land. The players try to help the feathered spies along their way over the various lands of the northern hemisphere. To move the ravens, the players must play appropiate flight cards from their hands. They may also get help directly from Odin. With skillful use of the cards, a player can move his raven quickly over the land.

I've now played a few games of Odin's Ravens and I'm very happy I shelled out the cash for it. It's got a great balance of luck and strategy that makes it both thoughtful and exciting.

There is an unexpected element of screwage, too, like when you're walking away from the ping-pong cup guy at the carnival and he's laughing just loud enough for you to hear...
Playing time scales to what we have available, which is another ... Read More

I've played a *lot* of games (over 1000!) and this is perhaps the best 2-player game I've tried. (Others I've tried include Jambo, Battleline, Shotten-totten, Carcassone: The Castle, Lost Cities, etc.)
If you enjoy strategic 2-player games, this is not to be missed. The art is beautiful, the cards are well made, and the pieces are high-quality. The rules are easy to understand, and just complex enough to be interesting for me, but not too confusing for people who don't play a lot of ... Read More
