The skateboard measures 7.25 inches wide and 29.25 inches long. The top is fully covered in grip tape, while the bottom of the deck features distinctive Birdhouse graphics. Other features include a seven-ply North American maple mini deck, 98A Birdhouse Street Formula wheels, aluminum trucks, and ABEC 5 steel ball bearings.
It comes with the Tony Hawk's Trick Tips Volume 2 instructional DVD, which concentrates on the essentials of street. You'll get step by step instructions from Tony and world class street skaters Eric Koston and Colin McKay, who will teach you to perform 180 kickflips, varial heelflips, feeble and smith grinds, FS/BS disaster, and more.

This was purchsed for my son, age 8. He has only used the crappy $20 boards or a too large "real" deck before, so was pretty thrilled to get one his size with good wheels. Deck is symmetrical, although top logo cutout is not.
