My 15 month old loves this toy. He hasn't gotten the hang of spinning the tail yet, but thinks it is fun to spin the body by hand.It get very loud when he spins it, but he thinks it is great fun. It seems like pretty hefty plastic, and I like that the shapes stack on each other. He likes to stack but gets frustrated when things break apart. A fun little toy.

First of all, the age shown on this site isn't what the box says. It is recommanded for ages 6 and up. I got it for my 4 year old who absolutely loves puzzles and he was very excited to get started. He finished it all by himself and was very proud. So was I. It isn't as hard as it looks because there are many points the child can focus on.
