If you are looking for an easy to understand yet great tennis lesson, this DVD is a must have. Couch James takes you step by step. I have the luck to take classes with him once a week in Honolulu and his knowledge and great spirit are showing at all times. He really knows what the game is all about, yet he is humble and always kind. He even helped me switch hands from being a right handed player to become a lefty (my dominant hand)
This videos are very helpful and a great choice to have.

You could read Jensen's words and get just as much from it as you can from this DVD. There are no slow motion videos of top players. There is very little demonstration of actual strokes. Jensen just talks in front of the camera, holding his racquet which he shadow swings from time to time to emphasize a point. There are much better instruction videos out there. Don't waste you money on this one.
