Product Description: All-Star Baseball 2003 combines true-to-life graphics with superior gameplay to create the most exciting baseball experience for any fan. Featuring Derek Jeter, four-time World Series Champion, All-Star Baseball 2003 is the only baseball game available this year on all next generation hardware systems.
Amazon.com Product Description: All-Star Baseball 2003 features all-new player models created with 3D CyberScan technology for one of the most realistic representations of player faces ever seen. There are also 10 game modes for greater replay depth. Modes include exhibition, season, career, franchise, expansion, All-Star Game, series, manager, home-run derby, and batting practice. Franchise mode allows users to play as and build their favorite teams for up to 20 consecutive seasons. All-new expansion play lets you choose a city, stadium, and team logo and add that team to the major leagues. And the expansion draft lets you draft from a pool of unprotected players and build a team from free agents and minor leaguers.
The game features a three-man broadcast booth with Bob Brenly, Thom Brennaman, and Steve Lyons providing in-depth commentary. The Cooperstown Hall of Fame team features sluggers from the past such as Mike Schmidt, Reggie Jackson, and Yogi Berra. All 30 major-league teams and more than 900 players are represented, all with official stadiums, logos, and uniforms. All-Star Baseball 2003 has more than 50 stadiums from which to choose, including eight classic stadiums and 10 expansion stadiums.

The hitting interface in this game is awful. When the computer throws fastballs up in the corner or anywhere besides the target, then you can't hit it. What I do is wait for a pitch to come down the middle and swing the bat. I wish I could get my money back for this piece of trash. I mean, how fun is a game where you can't hit the ball??? Akklaim needs some help.

This game stinks. When you think you have a double they throw it in to the second base man and usually get you out.A lot of times when the ball is like ten yards down they usually make the catch unbelieveable!! this game is not worth the money.

I want that hour of my life back!!! It is darn near impossible to get base hits, let alone home runs! To top it all, I took a no-hitter to the bottom of the 9th and on the last pitch the game broke it up!!! DON'T BUY IT!!!!!

This is the most realistic Baseball game I have ever owned. The Franchise mode is amazing. The players look realistic and it really looks like you are playing baseball. There are a few problems. If you are in the lead the ather team comes back in the next few innings, so it is extremely hard to win. If you want a relistic baseball game then this is the one for you.

I for one was amazed with the game play of ASB 03. Since I am a huge baseball fan and like to see in depth material, this game offers it to u. The franchise mode is great as it always is with ASB. I recomend anyone who likes baseball to buy this game.
