When I first bought this game, I bought it for only 20 bucks, but the first thing I noticed when I played this game is, WHERE ARE THE UMPIRES! You can hear them calling strike or ball, but you can't see them. And the batting and pitching is so mad easy, on the first day i struck out 17 Cleveland Indians with Pedro Martinez, and a few weeks later, I beat the Yankees 51-0! What a fake score! I recommend you only buy this game, if you have absolutely nothing else to buy.

I've got to say that the graphics engine in this game is very similar to Microsoft's NFL Fever 2000, it's GREAT! MS Baseball 2000, isn't for those who want to manage the front office with trades and salary caps...but it does offer a pretty pleasurable "sort of arcade" type of game that requires a bit of skill to get right..and a decent commentary from the Diamondback's Tom Brennaman.
