The Evolution Running DVD fell far short of my expectations. It does not provide a clear method to run in the way they say is best. For example, if you want to learn to swim freestyle, the video "Fishlike Freestyle" provides a sequence of drills that get you from the point of being a sloppy swimmer to swimming a very nice freestyle.
