Editorial Review:
Product Description: From the USA Today bestselling author of Demons Are Forever— suburban warfare, demonhunting- mom style.
Between attending gala fundraisers for her husband’s political campaign, training her teenage daughter to wield a crossbow and a stiletto, pottytraining a toddler, and her increasingly complicated personal life, Kate Connor hardly has time to prepare for the impending chaos of a neighborhood Easter party that has her enslaved to dying hundreds of hard-boiled eggs.
Keeping the local kiddos in line will take all of Kate’s skills as a mother and demon hunter, just when she’ll need them the most. The High Demon Goramesh has returned to San Diablo—this time with a full-blown army of the undead and a powerful demonic ally. Once again, it’s up to Kate to save the world. Good thing she can multi-task...

I did it! I read 100 book this year! And this is that 100th book. A very fitting end actually... this is the 4th book in a series that I read this year. I don't usually read stuff like this, demons and paranormal or whatever. But once I started reading that first book, I got sucked into Kate's world. I actually found this book in my local Barnes & Noble under "local authors". My friend with me had read it and told me it was part of a series, so I decided to just go for it and bought the whole ... Julie Kenner provides yet another light-hearted entertaining summer read! I don't want to put any spoilers but Kenner's Buffy-all-grown-up style tale pulls you in from the first line and leaves you wanting more! Kate Connor kicks butt in a great paranormal series. I can't wait to see what happens next!

I love this series.
Book #4 in the Soccer Mom series. This book rehashes many of the previous storylines so you would be lost if you don't start this series at the beginning.
Kate's life is busy enough with a toddler, a teenage daughter and a husband running for political office - what she doesn't need are two angry demons joining forces to take her off the planet. There is just no reasoning with Abaddon and Goramesh - you would think that demons would have a better sense ... Read More

This is an exceptional follow-up to her previous books in the series. Wonderful story line and excellent plotting. I was rivetted from page one! Julie Kerner is amazing with her details of the Catholic church & the Vatican and keeps you emotionally invested in her characters. I feel like I could really know someone just like her in real life. Wonderful!

Katherine "Kate" Connor is a Level Five Demon Hunter with Forza Scura. Until recently, Kate had thought her nights of hunting and killing demons were over. Instead, Kate now has a late husband (Eric) whose soul resides in a school teacher's body (David), a teen daughter (Allie) who wants to train to become a Demon Hunter and to spend more time with David since her biological father's soul is dwelling within, a toddler (Timmy) to potty-train, and to assister her current husband (Stuart) with his political ...
